NPS, or Net Promoter Score shows the percentage of "promoters" minus the percentage of "detractors." Promoters are defined as those who rank their likelihood of recommending Entrata to a friend or colleague as 9-10 out of 10. Detractors are defined as those who rank their likelihood at six or below.
